HOUSING
NYCPM’s goal is to provide convenient and affordable accommodations for our students. We have several housing options available, which are granted based upon space availability. Students interested in College-sponsored housing must complete and submit a housing application and $100 processing fee. Applications received after College housing is filled will be placed on a waiting list.
NYCPM-sponsored housing options are:
The Bridges:
Located on 124th Street and Third Avenue – only 5 minutes from campus
Fully furnished apartments
Modern kitchen fully equipped with all appliances
Includes all utilities including wireless internet and central AC and heat
Leasing Options:
A $1500.00 security deposit is due prior to move in
August starts must sign a 1 year lease
January starts can sign a 6 month lease
If you break your lease before end date, your security deposit will not be returned
Month to Month leasing options available to NYCPM Seniors Only

Singles
Deluxe singles (includes full-size beds and mini-fridge)
Suites (full-size bed, separate living/study space with seating and mini-fridge)
